Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,459 per week - Fairview Hospital : Job Details

Certification Details 2 years current Med Surg experience. IV experience required. BSN Preferred. PEARS - Pediatric Emergency Assessment and Stabilization preferred. Job Details Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) license is required by the state of MA to staff for temporary needs. COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) now required for this health system. Ability to function independently under general guidance of the Director. Follows the guidelines and protocols specific to each unit. Duties require independent action and judgment. Utilizes time management, communication, planning, delegating, and problem solving in providing care. Must possess and demonstrate critical thinking skills. Must maintain emotional stability in emergency settings. Job Requirements Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted. Traveler must work two of the following: Thanksgiving and weekend after, Christmas Eve/Day and weekend after, New Year Eve/Day and weekend after. Schedule Information Must include at least two specific interview dates/times of availability for interview. Non-Billable Orientation: 8 hours Additional Details Facility will not consider block scheduling for any of their needs. Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need.
