Job Description & Requirements2E MS RN - NOCs - Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital *Epic req'd within past 12 months; no radius rule/locals accepted at same rate; Covid not required; Contract Length: 13 WeeksStart Date: 2/25Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 Primary Location: Oconomowoc Memorial HospitalShift Requirements: 12 hour NOCS; every other weekend and holiday rotationHoliday groupings: Float Requirements: Candidate may float to Waukesha Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago and other like units as needed. On Call/Call Back Requirements: NoneRequired Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS, NIHSS, WI RN requiredMinimum Experience: 2+ years of MS experience required. At least one travel contract completed preferred. MUST BE ABLE TO READ TELE.Experience must be short term acute care hospital experienceCharting Experience Required: recent Epic charting in past 12 months Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 2E MedSurg (22 beds ); up to 1:6They will need to be trained for charge which will be additional training on the unitHard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidatesScrub Colors: AnyCovid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closedFloat: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
