- Licensed for 220 beds, full service, acute-care hospital
- Accredited by American College of Cardiology for Chest Pain Center and Heart Failure
- Accredited by the American College of Surgeons' Commission on Cancer
- Member of the Duke Heart Network and Duke Telestroke Network
- Orientation is bi-weekly on Tuesdays - Candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered Travel
- All candidates must have complete and clear screenings before they can start at Sovah Health
- Fit tests and HWC are NOT offered onsite.
- Job Requirements
- Required certifications prior to start: BLS, Handle with Care, NIH
- Years of Experience: 1-2
- Required certification/licensure to work as an RN in Virginia.
- Schedule Information
- Shift: Nights: 7P – 7A
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Hours: Every Other/ As Needed
- Call Requirements: As Needed
- Float Requirements: As Needed, May require travel within 25-mile radius of facility.
- Unit Specific Information
- Must Have Skills/Experience: Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Flexibility in scheduling and ability to work all shift patterns including weekends and holidays to ensure continuity of care.
