- Job Details
- MS/ TELE Unit- Short stays- RN will have all MS/ TELE & observation patients.
- RN/ PT ratio- 1:6 or 1:7.
- Holiday policy in effect for all RTO.
- Floating is required during low census.
- Disclosure: ALL Facilities work a Schedule of 36/48 for the two week pay period.
- Ratios can fluctuate with census, call in, etc.
- Orientation is bi-weekly.
- Start date on job is start date needed.
- Resource must reside 100 miles from facility to be considered.
- Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded within 24 hrs. of accepting offer.
- Job Requirements
- BLS required for all RNs.
- ACLS required for all RNs except Psych and True Med/Surg units.
- NIH Certification required for RN specialties, updated per NIH regulations.
- Nursys license required within 30 days of start.
- Kentucky or compact for KY ARH facilities/ WV or compact for WV facilities - Updated on Extensions.
- Schedule Information
- 36/48 schedule for the two week pay period.
- Orientation is bi-weekly.
- Unit Specific Information
- Unit specific to the contractor's scope of practice within one year prior to start date.
- Additional Details
- AHA ONLY Front and Back of certificate if not electronic card.
- Proof of 2 MMR vaccinations or a positive titer are required prior to start.
- Positive titer or proof of 3 Hep B vaccine series or declination can be accepted.
- Annual Physical or Physician note/statement within 1 year prior to start.
- Proof of 2 Varicella vaccinations or a positive titer are required prior to start.
- Valid Td required, declinations are acceptable.
