- BLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- State License 1 Verification
- Job Details
- Cleveland Clinic- South Pointe Hospital – Med/Surg Tele RN.
- Night shifts, 3 -12 hour shifts
- Minimum of 18 mos *recent* Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- Must have at least 18mos PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- Job Requirements
- MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
- Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
- Additional Details
Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
*New/Ext Candidates whose certifications expire within 30 days of start MUST renew their certification prior to start
