  • State License 1 Verification
  • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)

  • Current/valid Drivers License/State ID or government photo ID required.
  • Active Louisiana License or Compact License upon submission effective immediately.
  • If LA State License or Compact License expires within 30 days of start, renewal must be completed prior to start date.
    Schedule Information
  • Ratios: 1:5 (Days) 1:6 (Nights)
  • Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Floating: To sister Med/Surg units.

  • Required for the following specialties: Nursing, ER, ICU.
