- Acute Medical Inpatient RN Med/Surg Telemetry
- 13 weeks 36 hours per week
- 3x12N 1900-0730
- Flexible to possible Floating to support staffing within Med/Surg
- Telemetry Experience required
- Every other Weekend
- Every other Holiday
- No On Call requirements
- Job Requirements
- BLS required
- Telemetry Experience required
- Must be dated within 30 days of start
- Attach scanned copy of certification (with expiration date) to candidate's record in Trinity VMS
- Standard i9 completed by the agency
- Must have 1st vaccination in series prior to start; 2nd shot in series 30 days later; 3rd shot in series 6 months later
- Schedule Information
- 3x12N shifts
- Every other Weekend
- Every other Holiday
- Additional Details
- American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel.
- Must include an image of the front of card as well as an image of the back of the card.
