Position: Med-Surg/Tele RNLocation: 1555 Long Pond Rd, Rochester, NY 14626Duration: 13 weeksShift: 3x12-hour shifts, 36 hours/weekRatios:Days/Eves: 5:1 (Normal), 6:1 (Stretch)Nights: 6-7:1Unit Details:Support Staff: PCTs handle vitals, glucose checks, EKGs, and ADLs; in-house phlebotomy for peripheral lab draws. Nurses manage PICC and central lines.Patient Diagnoses: Cancer, sickle cell crisis, sepsis, organ failure.Equipment: CADD pump, SCD pump, wound vac, tube feeding pump.Requirements:Experience: 1+ year (first-time travelers accepted)Certifications: BLS required; Telemetry experience requiredLicense: Active NY license (no pending accepted)Floating: May float to like units, will not work outside scopeOther: No locals (must live 50+ miles away)Thanks~ KK
