- Candidates can NOT work another assignment/contract while working for Dignity AZ (Cannot work two contracts at the same time)
- Must be gone from commonspirit for 12 months as perm staff, to be considered for a travel assignment
- NO FACIAL PIERCINGS AND ONLY NATURAL HAIR COLORS (no weird colors)
- ONBOARDING DUE 1pm CST WEDNESDAY BEFORE START. THE FACILITY WILL NOT ALLOW ANYTHING TO BE PENDING, AND THEY WILL PUSH THE TRAVELER BACK IF THE FILE IS NOT COMPLETE BY THE DEADLINE.
- LEVEL I EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- PREVIOUS TRAVEL REQUIRED FOR ED, NEURO ICU
- CERNER EMR REQUIRED FOR ED
- TRAVEL TEAMS: Must have their own vehicles
- Cath Lab will not consider tech/RN teams
- Parking: Assigned to a parking lot, and then will be shuttled to the facility. Night shift: Assigned to a parking garage
- Travelers can be expected to have nursing students, this is a teaching hospital

- All profiles must include: Unit size, Hospital size, Trauma Level, EMR(cerner experience)
- 2 years of CORE experience required in specialty being submitted to; Level 1 Trauma and Teaching experience required
- Facility will not consider any contract shorter than 13 weeks
- Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48hrs prior to acceptance of a position. Maximum attempts is 2.

- MUST HAVE LEVEL 1 TRAUMA EXP
- NO FIRST TIME TRAVELERS
- MUST HAVE EVD EXPERIENCE
- Medical Solutions Pre-Screens, if clinical recommends, sends to manager for approval to offer, no 2nd interview
- Must pass dysrhythmia exam prior to acceptance, traveler has 2 attempts. if failed, RN will be DNU within CS AZ and Sac Region
- Travel Teams must have their own vehicles
- must have natural hair color and no facial piercings
- men must clean shave for fit test

- DAY 1 PASS/FAIL SIMs Lab: All RNs will be expected to complete SIMs Lab for Foley catheter insertion & central line dressing changes, with the exception of NyICU & ED. NyICU only has to do Foley catheter insertion. ED does Foley catheter insertion but does port-a-cath insertion instead of central line dressing change.

- 12hr / 7-7
- May be placed on Standby for a scheduled shift.
- Floating: Required to float between all ICU floors, and all Tele Units. Will get a patient load of 4:1 on tele.

- Ratios: *1:2
- EMR: Cerner
- Charge Nurse: Yes, does not take patients
- Holidays: Work into core staff rotation.
- Scrub Color: Any color or print (non-offensive)
- Tele: Phillips monitors.
- Vents: Yes.
- RT 24/7: Yes
- Pharmacy 24/7: Yes
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Any patient that would qualify for critical care with a neuro diagnosis. Hospital does cranis, brain tumor removal and ablations, brain biopsies, complicated spine surgeries and scoliosis repair.

- Any patient that would qualify for critical care with a neuro diagnosis.
- Must have strong neuro assessment skills and ICP monitoring experience.
- 12 hour days, 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks, 2 out of 3 major holidays
