Job Details- MUST HAVE TRAUMA EXPERIENCE
- The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice.
- The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the ICU.
- The Registered Nurse is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to his/her assigned patients; He/She communicates with the physician about changes in the patient's clinical condition including hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and abnormal results and symptomatology.
- Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.
- Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality.
Job Requirements- Valid for 2 years. Available for free at Covered in WAMC orientation packet when they come into facility under Essentials.
- Must score 80% or higher.

- Primary Source Verification of professional license, and/or certification, as required for the position. Ran within 30 days of start. Updated upon expiration.
- Driver's license, State ID, or Passport
- National Criminal Background Check within one year of start date. Exceptions are: FL / MI / TX: Must have background check completed before beginning assignment. AL / OH / NV: Agency employees assigned to Behavioral Health unit must have background check before beginning assignment. GA / NJ / OH: Agency employees assigned to Substance Abuse Program unit must have background check before beginning assignment.
Additional Details- COVID-19 Vaccine
- Proof of 2 Vaccines or Positive Titer showing immunity
- Annual Respirator fit test. Can complete onsite with notice & a $50 cash fee.
- 3 doses, if not titers are required.
- Flu Vaccine or declination required October1-May 31. Declinations accepted.
- TB Test
- Vaccination/titer showing immunity
- Rhode Island Hospitals a declination is not accepted, per the Dept of Health. Declinations not accepted at Shasta Regional Medical Center.
- DSV - Must be within year of start date. If past positive for TB, testing still required from within year of start date. When submitting chestXray, TB testing is still required to be completed within the year to accompany chest-Xray.
- Annually, Except Saint Marys Regional Medical Center- Nevada must be completed within 60 days of start. Must state clear to work.
