Job Duties:A medical/surgical intensive care unit whose primary focus is critically ill neuro patients who require a high degree of specialized nursing and medical care. Patient diagnosis includes traumatic brain injury, aneurysm, status epilepticus, stroke, and other critical neurologic pathologies. A brand new state-of-the-art, 12-bed ICU.Job Requirements:- RN License (NY License ONLY)- Two (2) years RN with ICU acute care experience- Demonstrates strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills and ability to remain current in knowledge of critical care- Telemetry Experience RequiredCertifications:- BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)- ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY)- Telemetry Experience Required
