  • General job duties include developing, implementing, and evaluating a plan of patient care utilizing ANA Standards and the Nursing Process.
  • Acts as a patient advocate and provides support, information, and direct care.
  • Educates patients and families on significant self-care issues.
    Job Requirements
  • 1 year experience required
  • Active MD state License
  • BLS (Required)
    Schedule Information
  • 12-hour 7A-7P shifts rotating weekends required.
  • 12-hour 7P-7A shifts rotating weekends required.
  • Will be assigned holiday pattern upon placement into facility.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Must complete .5 hours of Dementia Training upon placement.

  • Active MD License? (Required)

  • One year experience required
