This is at the 36 hour rate. The shifts are 36/48.The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located in Shiprock, New Mexico 87420, has an upcoming requirement for Registered Nursing Services for the OB/GYN Department. There will be three (3) positions available. Please submit no more than five (5) candidates per position.The Period of Performance for this requirement will be for a Base Period of six (6) months followed by one (1) Option Period of six (6) months.Experience: The Contractor shall have thirty-six {36) months of nursing experience, with aminimum of two (2) years in the specialty required by the· contract, unless otherwise approved bythe Contracting Officer.7.3 License/Registration: All nurses shall possess a current, valid, unrestricted nursing license in astate, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a Territory of the United States,throughout the term of this contract.7.4 Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is mandatory for all specialties. PediatricAdvanced Life Support (PALS), Newborn Life Support (NLS), Advanced Trauma Care Nurse(ATCN) or Trauma Nurse Critical Care (TNCC), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) arerequired for each appropriate duty section at the time of selection for contract award. The contractorshall ensure that the contract nurse's certifications remain valid throughout the term of this contract.
