Must be proficient in peripheral IV insertions and port access. BLS and IV certifications are required and ONS Chemo Administration Certification or OCN Certification is required. Unit Details:Charting:EPIC. -Cancer Center/Hematology/Onc:17 exam rooms with 10 Providers. Average of 15 patients per day.-Cancer Center/Cancer Treatment Center:Charting:EPIC. 20 outpatient chairs. 5 to 8 patients per day. -Unit requires De-Escalation training through Welle, CPI or PMC S.
