  • Rotating day/night 3x12 OR 4x12 hour shifts
  • Surgical oncology
  • Some step down patients
  • Ratios vary from 1:4-1:5 days and 1:6 on nights
    Job Requirements
  • Required for clinical positions: BLS
  • Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification, as required for the position ran within 30 days of start
  • Proof of Negative TB test within the last 6 months
  • Completed Physical Exam within one year of initial start date
    Additional Details
  • Proof of vaccine series or completion and approval of client medical or religious exemption form
  • Annual Negative PPD if 2-step PPD not done within the past year
  • Proof of vaccination within past 10 years, declinations not accepted
