- Job Details
- Operating room RN position at Hazard ARH Regional Medical Center
- Strong experience in Ortho; Experience in Endoscopy, General, and ENT cases required
- Minimum 2 years experience required
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Call rotation plus every 6 or 7th weekend
- Orientation is bi-weekly
- Start date on job is start date needed
- RN must reside 100 miles from facility to be considered
- Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded within 24 hrs of accepting offer
- No block scheduling
- Job Requirements
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Nursys license required within 30 days of start
- Kentucky or compact license required for KY ARH facilities
- Proof of 2 MMR vaccinations or positive titer required prior to start
- Positive titer or proof of 3 Hep B vaccine series required
- Annual Physical or Physician note/statement required prior to start
- Proof of 2 Varicella vaccinations or positive titer required prior to start
- Valid Tdap required, Td will not be accepted
- Background checks must be within 30 days prior to start
- Schedule Information
- 10 hr shifts
- Call rotation plus every 6 or 7th weekend
- Unit Specific Information
- Unit specific to the contractor's scope of practice within one year prior to start date; renewed annually
- Additional Details
- AHA ONLY Front and Back of certificate if not electronic card for BLS and ACLS
- All RNs, Respiratory Therapists, and CT Tech require BLS
- Specialty job description must be signed and dated
- 2 references required; 1 Charge or Higher; 1 must be supervisor reference
