- In this position, you will be an important member of the patient care team.
- The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for management and delivery of patient care to assigned patients in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provides direct patient care, delegates/assigns responsibility as appropriate to others, and serves as leader of the interdisciplinary team in collaboration with and under the direction of the attending physician.
- MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE!
- Procedural sedation experience required.
- Experience with AM admissions/blocks and recovery required.

- EPIC Experience - Required
- Current NY License - Must be uploaded with profile
- ACLS - Must be uploaded with profile
- BLS - Must be uploaded with profile
- Schedule Information
- Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.
- RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
- NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better)
- Must be available to work holidays as needed.
- Unit Specific Information
- Non-Billable Orientation: 8hrs
- Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color - No designs or cartoons. No hoodies.
- Additional Details
- Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.
- Profile Requirements: Work History, Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year, 1 Supervisory Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- Permanent address must be included in profile. Address must match Driver License/State ID. Address will be validated during compliance process.
- Travelers from certain counties in New York will not be considered for travel assignments at Glens Falls.
