Certification Details You MUST include your New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate up front with all Glens Falls Hospital nursing submissions. This license is required by the state of NY in order to staff for temporary needs. Job Details In this position, you will be an important member of the patient care team. The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for management and delivery of patient care to assigned patients in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, and within the scope of practice delineated in the New York State Nurse Practice Act. Provides direct patient care, delegates/assigns responsibility as appropriate to others, and serves as leader of the interdisciplinary team in collaboration with and under the direction of the attending physician. THIS TRAVELER WILL BE WORKING DURING EPIC CONVERSION. MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE. Job Requirements 2 years of PACU Experience - Required Experience with AM admissions/blocks and recovery - Required Procedural sedation experience - Required EPIC Experience - Required Previous travel- Highly Preferred Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. Work History Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year 1 Supervisory Reference (from within the past two years of employment) License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY License, ACLS, BLS, PERM ADDRESS - Facility will not pend license/certs) Schedule Information Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better) Must be available to work holidays as needed.
