- BLS - Basic Life Support
- NIH Stroke Certification
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Job Details
- Position/Specialty: Stepdown ICU RN
- Shift: 3x12 Nights 6:45p-7:15a
- Ratios: 1:4
- Weekend REQ: Every other weekend
- Is on-call REQ? No
- Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Yes
- Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience required, 2 preferred
- SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
- BLS and NIHSS Required. ACLS and CPI preferred
- Epic experience required
- Tele competency required
- Cardiac Telemetry experience required
- Previous charge experience preferred
- Community hospital experience preferred
- Schedule Information
- Approval can be requested for block schedule but not guaranteed
- Local Radius: 60 miles
- Locals Accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
- Unit Specific Information
- Trauma Level REQ: N/A
- Additional Details
- Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file
- Copy of Driver's License Required
- Copy of Social Security Card is required
- Qualivis: Please require if nurse is working on a compact license
- AHA only. RQI acceptable.
