- IU Health is now offering charge pay, which is a $3.00 bill rate bump per hour
- Aya Offer- ED/AA Float
- Shift: 3x12's
- Ratios: 1:5-6
- Years of experience REQ: 3 years, Required to have 3-4 travel assignments completed
- First timers accepted: No
- Weekend REQ: EVERY OTHER WEEKEND
- REQ Skills: Telemetry, IV Starts, Cardiac Drips, Cerner REQUIRED
- Preferred Skills: Vents
- Is on-call REQ? No
- Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? YES. FLOAT REQUIRED
- Open to accommodating block schedule? To be discussed.
- Locals accepted: No
- Pending License accepted: No. IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB
- RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays.
- Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek.
- 3, 12 hr. shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.

- Unit Specific Information
- Float amongst Acuity Adaptive Units. ED Boarding consist of patients house in a designated part of the ED awaiting to be transferred to a PCU or Medsurg unit. These patients will be provided PCU/MedSurg level of care. There is high patient admission, discharge and transfers.
- Additional Details
- Valid Driver's License or Passport accepted. Must be clear copy.
- Must be ran within 30 days of the start date.
- Medication Test/Pharmacology exam required.
- HIPAA Acknowledgement required.
