- Certification Details
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- State License 1 Verification
- NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
- NIH Stroke Certification
- Job Details
- Small community hospital.
- This RN will have 2 PCTs every shift to help support the RNs. it's a 20 patient unit.
- Ratios can be 1:5
- needing someone asap
- Job Requirements
- Government issued photo ID required.
- AHA, ARC, Military acceptable for ACLS, BLS, and PALS as required.
- Check UD to determine if additional certifications are required for other applicable units.
- Primary source online verification required for State License 1 Verification.
- NURSYS Verification required for RN, LPN/LVN, AP.
- NIH Stroke Certification required annually for all RNs.
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam required as applicable by profession.
- Competency Exam required as applicable by profession.
- Additional Details
- Photo for badge required for all candidates.
- Candidates must follow the link provided and complete the Bloodborne Pathogen Quiz before start.
- Orientation Packet & Acknowledgements must be reviewed and signed prior to start.
- Medical Surveillance Checklist to be completed by CL.
- COVID declination form must be completed if declining COVID vaccines.
