- Job Details
- PEDIATRIC Nurse with current PALS/ACLS certifications.
- Job Requirements
- Current PALS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Nursys license within 30 days of start
- Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start
- FMOLHS Skills Checklist within one year prior to start date; Updated Annually
- FMOLHS Competency Exam with passing score of 80% or higher within year of start
- FMOLHS Core Competencies updated annually
- FMOLHS CPI as required per specialty/ Unit & Facility.
