- Job Requirements
- Must have current Kansas RN license.
- Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
- Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment.
- Completed Ascension Color Vision prior to start and updated every 3 years.
- Complete Ascension Core Competencies within a year of start, updated yearly with minimum 80% score.
- Complete Ascension EKG Exam with a passing score of at least 80% prior to start.
- Complete Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation prior to start.
- Complete Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding prior to start.
- Complete Ascension Nova StatStrip prior to start.
- Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer prior to start.
- Complete Fit Test prior to start, can be completed onsite.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or declination prior to start.
- Complete Influenza Vaccine documentation prior to start.
- Complete Health Statement prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter.
- Driver's License/State ID must match address on file prior to start.
- Complete 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) prior to start.
- Documented proof of Varicella vaccination or immunity prior to start.
- Tdap must not be expired prior to start.
- Provide Ascension Profile prior to start.
- Complete Ascension 2 Professional References prior to first assignment.
- Complete Ascension Criminal Background Check Results prior to start.
- Complete Ascension EPLS prior to start.
- Complete Ascension OFAC prior to start.
- Complete Ascension Skills Checklist within one year of start, updated annually for specialty.
- Complete Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start.
- Provide Ascension Badge Photo prior to start.
- Complete Ascension Education Verification within 90 days of start.
- Provide Ascension Confirmation of Assignment upon initial assignment and update upon each extension.
