Welle - (Verbal De-escalation bundle training required) OR CPI - Average daily census: 20 patients RN to patient ratio: 1:9 (depending on census) Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric Average stay length: 5-7 days EMR: EPIC Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Please make sure they can cover either Christmas or New Years holidays if needed, cannot ask for both off. Thank you! Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color - No designs or cartoons. No hoodies. Non-Billable Orientation: 8hrs Multipliers (OT, Holiday): 1.25%
    Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of Behavioral Heath Unit experience - Required
  • Experience with Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult Patients - Required
  • Recent travel experience
  • Experience with de-escalation of agitated patients
  • De-Escalation Training of any kind, CPI or NAPPI/Welle Certifications- REQUIRED
  • Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
  • EPIC experience required
  • Clinician MUST be reliable! No attendance concerns, call outs, etc... - very patient oriented Unit
  • Work History
  • Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
  • 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
  • License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS and CPI - Facility will not pend license/certs)
  • Permanent address must be included in profile. Address must match Driver License/State ID. Address will be validated during compliance process.
