Schedule: -5x8 3p-11:30p, e/o weekendRequirements:-RN license within the State of Massachusetts required; BSN preferred-CPR, BLS-Restraint Reduction de-escalation crisis intervention experience preferred-One year of adult and adolescent inpatient psych experience required-Previous psychiatric / substance inpatient experience preferred-Must be willing to float and take charge (no multiplier for charge)Responsibilities:-Provide direct and indirect care to patients/families/legal guardians-Work collaboratively as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team-Develop, implement, and document appropriate goals and interventions, informed by patient strengths and presenting psychiatric problems
