Looking for Telemetry RN's Data Collection : Unit Information: Surgical Telemetry Location: Methodist Hospital Landmark Address: 5510 Presidio Pkwy Floor: 3 rd – med surg Building: General Information Tell us about the unit (s) : Number of Beds - 24 Number of Staff – 6 RNs, 3 PCAs per shift Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 charge nurse, 5 nurses, 3 PCAs Night Shift - 1 charge nurse, 5 nurses, 3 PCAs Patient Ratios – 1:5/6 Type of equipment – telemetry EMR - meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS, RN license Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. ALCS, NIH List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Wound care (some) Post op patient Best personality Fit: Self sufficient REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: BLS, RN license Floating Area ( s ) : 4 th floor - ortho Dress Code : Scrub Color /Attire - navy scrubs for nurses Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines .
