Most drips are at set rate, can titrate up to max per med surg guideline Will transfer to critical care if max reached Schedule Information Every other weekend required Holiday Requirement: Yes, 1-2 winter holidays Call or standby requirement: Yes, up to 4 times during contract duration Unit Specific Information Med Surg at SJMC consists of 6 different units, all with telemetry Floating to cover the need of the entire med surg division MED SURG UNITS include Surgical unit, long-term low acuity unit, general medical, short stay cardiac, neuro unit, ortho and spine Alternate units may include Med Surg Oncology and ER Transition Unit Additional Details COVID Vaccine Required Floating Requirements: Yes, expect to float wherever they are needed Scrub Color/Dress Code: No specific color required
