Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Telemetry Job Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Night Shift, 12 Hours Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum years of experience not specified License: Valid RN license required Certifications: Relevant certifications required Must-Have: - Experience with multiple sclerosis (MS) patients - Ability to read and interpret telemetry - Experience with BiPAP, chest tubes, or other pulmonary/respiratory care - Proficient in IV insertion, PICC/Central Line management, PA Line management - Vascular Device access and care - Telemetry interpretation, CPAP/BiPAP, trach care - Experience with traction, CPM, epidural/PCA pumps - Feeding tubes and wound vac care - Willingness to float to other units/locations Job Description: - Care for telemetry patients with a focus on multiple sclerosis care. - Interpret telemetry readings accurately. - Deliver respiratory/pulmonary care, including management of BiPAP and chest tubes. - Perform and manage IV insertions and central line care. - Provide comprehensive vascular device management. - Conduct CPAP/BiPAP management and trach care. - Manage traction and continuous passive motion (CPM) devices. - Operate epidural/PCA pumps efficiently. - Administer care for patients with feeding tubes and wound vacs. - Flexibility to float between different units/campuses as required by leadership.
