LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Wound Care for a travel nursing job in New York, New York.

Minimum two (2) years of experience in a Certified Home Health Agency or post-acute care facility. Minimum of 2 years of Public/Community Health and 2 years medical/surgical experience required. Previous experience in PI, i.e., knowledge of PI applications, tools and techniques and knowledge of the development, coordination and facilitation of PI programs. Previous experience using various computer software applications: i.e., Word, Excel, Access, etc.Certs.: BLS & ACLSLicense: NY state70% of the role will be in office, nurse might be required to travel to patients home (MA, BKLYN, BX &QU) to complete wound care consults. *Nurse must be Wound Care Certified* On average nurse will be handling 15 to 20 consults a day.!! 50 miles radius rule!!
