We are seeking a Travel RN Nursing Supervisor to oversee all units at Unity Hospital in Rochester, NY for a 13-week contract with a deferred schedule. This role requires a seasoned leader to manage clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of patient care. Position Details: Location: Rochester, NY Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift Schedule: Evening/Night Shifts: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Monday - Friday) Every Other Weekend: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Must be available to work holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Hours: 8-hour shifts Key Responsibilities: Oversee nursing staff and operations across all units Respond to all code situations (BLS/ACLS required) Provide leadership to ensure optimal patient care and compliance with health care regulations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support unit goals and quality improvement initiatives Qualifications: -Active RN license (NY preferred, or compact state license) -BLS/ACLS certification required -Preferred: Previous nursing supervision experience -Availability to work evening and night shifts, weekends, and holidays This is a travel-only position with a fantastic opportunity to bring your leadership skills to a dynamic team.
