- The Occupational Therapist facilitates the development and rehabilitation of physically disabled persons; maximizing the functional status of hospitalized patient.
- Responsibilities are to evaluate, plan, implement, and modify age appropriate treatment programs, participates in discharge planning, performs administrative duties, participates in PI, pursues professional growth, and performs other duties as assigned.
- Job Requirements
- AZ License Required
- BS in OT or higher
- Min amount of experience for consideration: 1 year or function very well independently
- Schedule Information
- Shift: 7a - 4p or 8a-5p
- Weekend Shifts Required
- Proposed weekly schedule: Mon– Fri 7a - 4p or 8a – 5p
- Guaranteed hours/week: 36
- Additional Details
- Setting(s): Inpatient
- Contract duration: 13 Weeks
- Latest start date for consideration: Need ASAP
- # of other therapists on staff at this location: EMR/documentation system: ReDoc for OP and MedHost for inpatient
- Caseload/patient scheduling info: 6- 8 patients a day
- Any productivity expectations: Rate: $70
