Job Details

Position: Pediatric Pulmonology PA

Location: Texas

Assignment Duration: 18 days with possibility of extension

Schedule: Dayshift, night shift, weekends starting in early October

Responsibilities:

• Manage very sick pediatric patients

• Treat chronic respiratory failure with tracheostomy and ventilator dependence (60% of cases)

• Handle cases of cystic fibrosis, idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis, severe asthma, interstitial lung disease, OSA/central sleep apnea, and severe bronchiolitis (40% of cases)

Requirements:

• Expertise in pediatric pulmonology

• Comfort with managing critically ill children

• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent patients

• Familiarity with various respiratory conditions in children
