Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Perfusionist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 03/23/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Perfusionist Location: Grand Forks, ND 58206 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift/Schedule: Day shift (Mon-Fri) Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week Job Description: - • The Perfusionist provides quality perfusion care for patients requiring mechanical support of the cardiovascular system during surgery or treatment modality. • This position conducts extracorporeal circulation under the direction of a cardiothoracic surgeon and assists in the operation of the intra-aortic balloon pump and cell saver. • The Perfusionist provides continuous quality improvement through statistical outcome analysis, education, multidisciplinary approach to patient care, prudent resource utilization and cost center accountability.
