Job Title: Pharmacist

Location: Tohatchi, NM 87325

Duration: 6 12 Months

Start Date: April 2025

Shift Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday through Friday)

Qualification:

Education: Baccalaureate degree in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) and/or a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.

License: A current, valid, unrestricted license in any state of USA.

Experience: Minimum of 2-years' Pharmacist experience

Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions for accuracy, drug interactions, and legal compliance while ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
• Provide patient counseling on medication use, dosage, side effects, and proper storage.
• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding and manage inpatient IV admixture preparation.
• Assist with chronic disease management, primary care services, and medication therapy monitoring.
• Maintain pharmaceutical inventory and ensure adherence to IHS, TJC, CMS, and ASHP regulations.
• Follow HIPAA and infection control guidelines, complete required safety training, and adhere to professional standards.
