- General job duties include improving a patient's function in home health therapy.
- Equipment utilized includes HealthLand EMR.
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred; 5-years experience.
- Job Requirements
- Oregon PT license
- BLS certification required.
- Schedule Information
- 12-hour shifts; various shifts, days/nights/weekends.
- Unit Specific Information
- Acuity Measurement Tool to determine Therapist-to-Patient ratio.
- Dress Code: scrubs (tasteful and in good condition); business-casual (comfortable).
- Additional Details
- OR PT license held?
- Active AHA BLS or willing to obtain before start?
- Bachelors degree? (required)
- Masters degree? (preferred)
- Is this candidate a 1099?
