- BLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- State License 1 Verification
- NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
- Job Details
- At least 2 years experience needed.
- Will be working independently at a small hospital in Perry, OK.
- Job Requirements
- Required - Primary Source Verification
- NURSYS verification required as applicable (required for all RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
- Required as Applicable by Profession. Must meet or exceed the Angoff score or otherwise achieve a passing score if not done through Relias.
- Additional Details
- I9 or Attestation required
- Government issued photo ID required.
- Everify or Attestation required
- Please require if nurse is working on a compact license
