Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist I - Home healthShift:Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hours per week, M-F, no weekend, no callLength: 13 weeksRequirements:

• MA License
• 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred
• Home Health experience
• Current BLS certification

Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapyapproved by the American Physical Therapy AssociationCurrent and unencumbered license to practice physical therapy specific to that statethe employee is assigned to work by the CompanyEpic Travel Staffing:
