- Immediate Need for a License Physical Therapist Assistant for our Acute Care Inpatient Department
- Must have Inpatient Experience
- Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment
- Supports organizational and department business objectives by providing standardized, evidence-based care that contributes to achieving optimal outcomes and patient experiences.
- Job Requirements
- Active NM or compact license required
- 2 years experience in current specialty required
- Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment
- Must cover one full weekend shift per month
- Schedule Information
- SHIFT: 8 hour DAYS - shift starts at 8:00 am
- Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs
- Weekend and holiday may be required
- Shift start time 0730-0900 (Thurs-Mon, preferred, but negotiable)
- Floating is required RMC, PH ED, PKH ED if needed
- Unit Specific Information
- Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location
- Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts
- Additional Details
- NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR TRAVELERS
- Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked
- State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice
- Cancellations/Fees: Please review page 13 of their contract regarding fees your agency could receive (for travelers cancelling without proper notice)
