Job Title: Radiologic Technologist Job Specialty: Radiographer Job Duration: 9 months Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM, with alternating weekends required Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required License: Valid license as a radiologic technologist issued by the relevant state department of health Certifications: ARRT certification in Radiography required; BLS preferred Must-Have: Associate's Degree in a related field Job Description: - Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures. - Ensure radiation safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed. - Collaborate efficiently with other medical staff to obtain a clear diagnostic outcome. - Assist in the orientation and training of new staff members. - Maintain accurate records of patient information and procedures conducted. - Demonstrate compassionate patient care and effectively communicate with patients and their families. - Participate in continuous education and training sessions. - Handle emergency situations and provide assistance whenever necessary. - Work weekends and holidays as a part of the regular schedule. - Undergo training for 2 weeks, including comprehensive EPIC system training. - Opportunity for contract extension based on performance and requirements.
