This is a travel nursing opportunity with rotating shifts (Day/Night) or Night shifts. The position requires flexibility as you may float to different departments, including ICU and ER, to assist with M/S level patients or serve as helping hands when necessary.Responsibilities:* Provide direct patient care for MedSurg / Telemetry patients, ensuring a high level of professionalism and attention to patient needs.* Float as needed to ICU or ER to assist with M/S level patients or help with hands-on care.* Ensure that patients are monitored according to telemetry guidelines, and respond to any changes in condition.* Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with facility protocols and regulations.* Work on a rotating schedule with the expectation to work every other weekend and holiday as needed.* Adapt to the demands of a fast-paced environment, providing support and care during critical moments.Requirements:* *License/Certification*: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.* *Experience*: Minimum 1-2 years of recent MedSurg/Telemetry nursing experience required.* *Telemetry Experience*: Previous telemetry experience is a must.* *BLS*: AHA BLS certification required at submission.* *Availability*: Ability to work rotating shifts and be available for every other weekend and holiday as scheduled.
