Information: ***All candidates are required to float, while on the interview please inform candidate of the Methodist Floating Policy*** Unit Specifics - Information below is requested for better sourcing: Number of Beds : 120 Patient Ratios : RT varies Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : ICU amd floors Type of equipment : GE and Covidien vents, Metanebs, I-stat Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: Floating policy: As needed Hospital Specifics: Certifications: Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have : (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role) ICU Experience 2+ years of Hosp Experience BLS Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed : (candidates with these skills will be considered first) ACLS Meditech Eperience preferred Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RRT) RCP / RRT Procedures performed on unit: Ventilator, Respiratory Therapy and ABGs Patient Experience Required: 2 years Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color o RRT: Sage green/olive scrub top, blackscrub pant, sage green scrub jacket Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible.
