- Must score 80% or higher on Prime Core Competencies Exam.
- Must score 80% or higher on Prime Specialty Exam.

- Valid for 2 years. Available for free at
- Annual Respirator fit test. Locations that allow onsite testing: NJ - Saint Michael's Medical Center, NJ-Saint Mary's Hospital (Mask Accepted: 3M 9205+), CA-West Anaheim Medical Center, CA-Garden Grove Hospital Medical Center.
- Flu Vaccine or declination required October 1-May 31. Declinations not accepted at Shasta Regional Medical Center.
