- Shift: Varied Shifts with on call
- RESPIRATORY THERAPIST JOB SUMMARY: Upon request of a physician, they setup, operate, and maintain various types of respiratory care equipment to be utilized in the diagnosis, support, and treatment of respiratory disease and/or illness. This includes, but is not limited to, procuring invasive and/or non-invasive laboratory samples for diagnostic study and the administration of medications within the realm of respiratory care policies and procedures. This is for inpatient and outpatient services.
- Job Requirements
- Must be a graduate of AMA accredited respiratory care program
- Be state licensed
- Have obtained the credentials of CRTT and/or RRT from the NBRC or its equivalent through experience or education
- Documented arrhythmias identification course
- CPR certified
