• Pay: Up to $2,152 per week

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Provide clinical leadership for the patient care team.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years (required)
• Certifications:
  • BLS (AHA) - required
  • ACLS (AHA) - required within 30 days of start
• License: Active Illinois RN license (required)
• Profile Documentation:
  • Work history
  • Current skills checklist (within 1 year) pertinent to PCU
  • Two supervisory references with dates of employment
  • Permanent address (must be outside a 50-mile radius of Mattoon, IL)
