Job Details:

• Pay: $ per week (to be updated)

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Positions Open: 1

• Shift: 730 to 4 approximately, M-F with weekend rotation (primarily Saturdays)

• 40 hours weekly guarantee

• Facility Setting? ARU

• Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Potentially to med surg and outpatient as staff share with the hospital if needed

• Number of beds in your facility? 10 bed ARU

• Preferred experience level? Inpatient rehab preferred but not absolutely required

• Is there anyone in the past that has worked for you that you would consider rehiring? NA

• Scrub colors / dress code: business casual

• Parking Location: main hospital

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted AZ License

• Active BLS certification through American Heart Association

• Must have at least 1 year of experience

• Must have at least 1 supervisory reference
