Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support Job Details Inpatient Acute Rehab role with experienced co-workers in all 3 disciplines. Rehab experience or similar preferred. Acute Care experience preferred. Prefer Tuesday - Saturday schedule. Will back up Acute Care if time allows. Job Requirements NBCOT (National Cert) - Must be in hand. North Dakota OT State License (licensing takes 1-2 weeks) BLS Schedule Information Open Mon-Fri rotation IP; or set Tues-Sat. Floating required to Acute inpatient PRN Additional Details I9 or Attestation required Copy of Driver's License or Government Issued ID required. Everify or Attestation required. Physical Exam required within 1 year of start. Negative 10 Panel Drug Screen required within 30 days of start. 7 Year Criminal BG Check required within 30 days of start. Renew annually.
