- Certification Details
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- Job Details
- Inpatient Acute Rehab role with experienced co-workers in all 3 disciplines.
- Rehab experience or similar preferred.
- Acute Care experience preferred.
- Prefer Tuesday - Saturday schedule.
- Will back up Acute Care if time allows.
- Job Requirements
- NBCOT (National Cert) - Must be in hand.
- North Dakota OT State License (licensing takes 1-2 weeks)
- BLS
- Schedule Information
- Open Mon-Fri rotation IP; or set Tues-Sat.
- Floating required to Acute inpatient PRN
- Additional Details
- I9 or Attestation required
- Copy of Driver's License or Government Issued ID required.
- Everify or Attestation required.
- Physical Exam required within 1 year of start.
- Negative 10 Panel Drug Screen required within 30 days of start.
- 7 Year Criminal BG Check required within 30 days of start. Renew annually.
