Assessments will be completed by RN, LPC, or LMSW.- Facilitates groups, family, and individual sessions and completes all necessary documentation.- Schedules unit assessments, meetings, and appointments as appropriate.- Utilizes assessment tools including, but not limited to, Geriatric Depression Scale, Zung, LUMS, alcohol screening tool(s) under authorization/supervision of RN, LPC, or LMSW.- Communicates with referral sources including family members, legal system, psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other treatment facilities.- Reviews newly admitted patient accounts for eligibility and authorization daily.- Maintains schedule for filing court paperwork and hearings, working closely with court personnel to maintain good relationships.- Participates as an active member of the interdisciplinary team.- Addresses issues in a timely manner including crisis and higher level of care referrals.- Performs other duties as assigned or required by this position.**Workforce Conditions:**- Tasks such as standing, walking, sitting, balancing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching/working overhead, keyboard use/repetitive hand motion, climbing, pushing, and lifting up to 25 pounds may be required occasionally, frequently, or continuously, depending on the task.- Environmental exposures may include chemicals and fumes, loud noises, vibration, extreme temperatures, confined spaces, and allergens like dust, mold, and pollen, depending on the task.**Primary Contacts:**- Internal contacts include executives, managers, employees, peers, and patients.- External contacts include patients, families, referral sources, vendors, and agencies.**Service Excellence:**- Treat everyone as a guest by making a good first impression, anticipating needs, and displaying service recovery skills.- Demonstrate professionalism and excellence by looking professional, being accountable for actions, and delivering excellence in everyday work.- Practice teamwork by participating in decision-making and process improvement, communicating effectively, and focusing on the problem/issue, not the person.9665714EXPPLATJob RequirementsRequired for Onboarding
