Moe's Southwest Grill in Hartford County is looking to add a traveling General Manager to our team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Works with staff to achieve sales goalsBuild rapport with all General Managers at each location and facilitate operationsHelps in the hiring and training process at our operating locationsBuild a rapport with guests and deliver superior customer serviceRespond to customer complaints and concerns in a positive and professional mannerLearn restaurant philosophy, menus, and operational systemsProvide training and mentoring to new crew membersDirectly manage crew members, shift leads, and assistant managersAnticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective actionLabor managementAdhere to sanitation and safety standardsPCI complianceAdditional duties and responsibilities as assignedQualifications:
Management experience in food service or another related field is requiredExperience in controlling food, labor, and other operating costsAbility to multi-task and execute in a fast-paced environmentAble to work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts, as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant (day/evening, weekends, and some holidays)Experience with people management, resolving conflict, and able to nurture, train, coach, mentor, and hold team members accountableHigh level of initiative and self-motivatedStrong organizational skills, time management, and deadline-orientedPossess solid communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsMust have reliable transportationRequirements:

Pay: $63,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
