Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of mechanical HVAC construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Travel to job sites nationwide to oversee project progress, ensure compliance, and resolve challenges.
- Lead and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project milestones.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to deliver innovative HVAC solutions.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality control protocols.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including progress reports and risk assessments.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the mechanical HVAC construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical processes, and construction methodologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively to project locations.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering successful HVAC construction projects on time and within budget.
